We give free estimates on roof repair, roof replacement, and gutter work. A written quote lists materials and labor so you can compare it line by line. Each quote states how long that pricing holds.
Hidden rot or storm damage found after tear-off can change the scope. When that happens, we stop, show you photos of the deck condition, and get your approval before we continue.
Your contract names what we do and what we leave alone. That includes whether the roof gets a full tear-off or a recover over the existing substrate, plus flashing, underlayment, and ventilation details.
We ask for a deposit to order materials, and the balance is due after your walkthrough. You get a written receipt for every payment, and any change order is priced and approved in writing before we do the extra work.
Manufacturer coverage on shingles or membrane passes to you. Our own workmanship warranty is written into your contract, along with its length and what it covers.
Warranties do not cover hail damage, wind above the rated limit, foot traffic, or neglect. If you sell the home, ask us about transferring coverage to the new owner.
We are licensed and insured for the work we perform. If our crew damages something on your property, tell us while we are still on site so we can document it and correct it.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not cause, including rot or sag we documented before the job started.
